Order Process

All Bobble Bros orders follow a two-payment process designed to protect both parties. No printing begins until the design has been approved and final payment received.

1. Configure & deposit — Build your order on our website, entering team details and player information. Pay the $40 deposit to lock in your order and begin the design process.

2. Design proof — We create custom caricature designs for each player and email proofs to you for review. You may request reasonable revisions before approving.

3. Approval & final invoice — Once you approve the designs, we send a final invoice for the remaining balance. The $40 deposit is credited against this total.

4. Print & ship — Printing begins after final payment is received. Your bobbleheads are shipped once quality-checked.

Deposit Policy

The deposit covers the cost of initiating your order and reserving design time. By paying the deposit you acknowledge that this amount will not be returned regardless of whether you proceed to final payment.

If you do not approve the final designs or do not complete payment within 30 days of receiving your design proof, your order will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Design Approval

We will send design proofs to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to review the proofs carefully before approving, including player names, jersey numbers, likenesses, and any special details noted at the time of order.

You may request reasonable revisions prior to approval. Each order includes one complimentary design revision. Additional revision rounds are available at a charge of $15 per bobblehead redesigned. Revision charges will be added to your final invoice. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a new revision round versus a minor correction within an existing round.

Requests that substantially change the original order brief (e.g. changing player likenesses, team colors, or quantities after design work has begun) may constitute a new revision and be subject to the additional revision charge.

Printing will not begin until written approval is received. We are not responsible for delays caused by slow or non-response to design proof emails.

Final Payment

After design approval, we will send a final invoice via Shopify to the email address on your order. The invoice will reflect the full order total, minus the $40 deposit already paid, plus any applicable revision charges.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Printing will not begin until the final invoice is paid in full. Orders not paid within 30 days of invoice may be cancelled at our discretion and the deposit forfeited.

Production & Shipping

Production time varies depending on order size and current demand. We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates. If you have a deadline, contact us before placing your order so we can advise on feasibility.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout on the final invoice based on destination and package weight. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs clearance for international orders.

Satisfaction & Reprints

We take pride in the quality of our work and want every customer to be happy with their bobbleheads. If there is a manufacturing defect or a clear discrepancy between the approved design and the printed product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds once printing has begun. If a reprint is approved, we will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping the affected bobblehead(s) only.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of order, including player names, jersey numbers, photo references, and any special details. Errors in information provided by the customer are not grounds for a free reprint or refund.

Photo references submitted for player likenesses should be clear, recent, and representative. We cannot guarantee likeness accuracy from low-quality, obscured, or out-of-date reference photos.

By submitting photos of individuals, you confirm you have the right to use those images for this purpose.

Intellectual Property

Bobble Bros retains the right to use images of completed bobbleheads for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless you notify us in writing at the time of order that you do not consent to this use.

We do not reproduce officially licensed team logos, trademarks, or copyrighted designs. Custom team colors and designs are provided by the customer and are their responsibility to ensure do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Changes to These Terms

Bobble Bros reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Orders placed prior to a change in terms are governed by the terms in effect at the time of the deposit payment.
